No Show Fee

Regrettably, it regularly happens that customers make an appointment only to not show up for the appointment. This causes an appointment to be taken that could have actually helped someone else.

Therefore, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, if you cannot attend your appointment.

As this is a regular occurrence, we charge an absence fee. This amounts to 50 % of the booked service by appointment.

"Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the service fee for late cancellation with a minimum depending on the reserved time or 100% for no-show"
